Boxelder Townhomes - in design
18 townhome units along Boxelder Creek in Larimer County. MTA is working through the plat and Site Development Plan process as well as developing the architectural concepts.
Cherokee Flying Heights - awaiting construction
MTA was involved in the original approval for this project in 2004. The project was brought back to life in 2022 at which time the original architectural drawings were reworked to comply with current building codes.
Boulder 4-Plex Repair
This project was a repair of an existing 4-plex residential building that was damaged by fire. MTA coordinated with a structural engineer on which parts of the affected units and roof were salvageable and how the damaged portions needed to be repaired/replaced to assure a safe structure.
Brooklyn Park Rowhouses, Fort Collins
MTA was hired to design these historically sensitive rowhouses in east Fort Collins.
River Rock Co-Housing, Fort Collins
MTA designed the common house, and the single family attached co-housing units, (as well as the site planning & development approval), in north Fort Collins.
4-Plexes at Settler's Green, Fort Collins
MTA designed these alley loaded 4-plex buildings in the Rigden Farm neighborhood.
